Reaching the Hispanic consumer during the World Cup can be an expensive undertaking. So instead of investing the big bucks, Papa John’s created a list of Latino consumers that they could later reach when the ROI was in line with corporate guides. After the big game, Pólvora created a social campaign that engaged online users based on the enthusiasm for the sport.
